What are your trading hours?


Infocus Grafix operate between the hours of 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday. We are closed weekends and  NSW public holidays.

 

I am having trouble ordering on line, what should I do?

DELIVERY


When will my order be dispatched?


Infocus Grafix will dispatch your order as soon as possible, on clearance of funds into our account.

 

What are your estimated delivery times?


Delivery to Sydney Metro areas is 1-2 working days

Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro 2-3 working days

All Other Areas 3-7 working days dependent on the delivery service available.

 

How are my items delivered?


Your items will be delivered by post, road freight or courier.

 

I should have received my order by now, what can I do?


E-mail us at ingrafix@bigpond.net.au with your details and we will look into your delivery for you.

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?


Most non bulky orders can be delivered to PO Boxes.

 

Do you deliver to Business addresses?


Yes, Infocus Grafix delivers to Business addresses, when full business name and address is provided. This is a requirement of our couriers.

 

Do you deliver to international addresses?


No sorry, unfortunately at this time Infocus Grafix do not deliver to International addresses.

 

Will I need to be home when my parcel arrives?


Yes, you have the choice to have your parcel delivered to your home, work or anywhere else you might like. You will need to sign for the delivery when the courier/post arrives. Infocus Grafix do not give authority for orders to be left at your doorstep. If the delivery address is unattended the courier will leave a card and advise you on how to obtain your order. Any costs incurred to re-deliver parcels is at the buyers expense. Any orders returned to Infocus Grafix for non-delivery will have their order cancelled and any delivery and re-delivery charges incurred will be deducted from the invoice value prior to payment of refund.

 

What is your returns policy?


We are unable to refund purchases for change of mind.  

Immediately on receipt of your order, check the contents against the enclosed packing slip / invoice. All merchandise is packed carefully for shipment. Do not dispose of any inner/outer packaging before checking the entire order. In case of damage or loss, please advise Infocus Grafix immediately. All products sold on this website are sold subject to our terms and conditions. Nothing mentioned in our terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

 

What do I do if an item I receive is faulty?


If the item you have received is faulty, please advise us immediately by email or fax. Please inform us of your order details, invoice number and any fault.

 

What do I do if I receive the incorrect item?


If the item you have received is incorrect, please advise us immediately. On receipt of your order, check the contents against the enclosed packing slip / invoice. All merchandise is packed carefully for shipment. Do not dispose of any inner/outer packaging before checking the entire order. To allow Infocus Grafix to assist you quickly, please email/fax us with your order and invoice number, and the product received in error.

 

What do I do if an item is missing from my order?


On receipt of your order, check the contents against the enclosed packing slip / invoice. All merchandise is packed carefully for shipment. Do not dispose of any inner/outer packaging before checking the entire order. If you notice an item is missing from your order please notify Infocus Grafix immediately.  To allow us to assist you quickly, please email/fax us with your order and invoice number, and the item number of the product. 

 


PRICING


What is meant by Retail Prices?


Retail prices are for customers who do not have an ABN or trade account.

 

What is meant by Trade Prices?


Trade prices are for customers who hold a verified trade account.

 

How do I receive Trade Pricing?


To receive trade pricing, you must be logged into a verified trade account (ABN holder).

 


PAYMENT


Is there a minimum order value?


No, Infocus Grafix do not have a minimum purchase value.

 

Are there handling fees and charges?


All orders are charged a minimum $12.50 shipping/handling fee. Bulky or heavy orders may incur extra shipping costs.

 

What methods of payment are accepted?


Infocus Grafix accepts the following payment methods:

VISA

Direct Debit.

Please note: Infocus Grafix does not impose surcharges on credit card purchases. If using direct debit, your order will not be dispatched until clearance of funds into our account.
